The life of a clumsy diabetic.
So, my Tumblr had a revamp! I joined Tumblr specifically to find blogs from other Type 1 diabetics and to feel like part of a community. I've always been really shy/embarrassed about having diabetes and so I wanted to feel "normal" with people I knew were going through the same struggles. The only things I really post on here are about my diabetes so I thought I may as well change my blog to reflect that.
If anyone ever needs a chat or a diabuddy then I'm here and listening!
Connected to my new insulin pump and pumping insulin 😍Felt very strange to not give myself a shot before a meal 🥘
Got any questions about the dexcom G5 ask me!!
Someone tell me why I get so many occlusion alarms from my tslim x2 pump?

Glori and Austin, my dexcom, a glucagon shot, three juice boxes and bottle of ginger ale saved my life yesterday. 💙#mismejoresamigos #thisisdiabetes #thebeachwhereialmostdied
I’m running low on sites before my insurance will allow me to order new ones so in a few days I’m getting some free samples from the hospital :)
Always wondered what it would be like to sleep with an insulin pump on so even though mine isn’t working i put an infusion set on and clipped my pump to my clothing to see what it feels like. Also my dexcom randomly stopped working :( so I’m going to have to sleep through the night without it which scares me because I don’t feel my messed up blood sugars
