5 - what’s your favorite piece of furniture, and where did you get it?
My favorite piece of furniture is actually the kitchen table. It’s a huge old farmhouse table that a friend of my mom’s from high school made out of beams from an old barn. It’s just such a homey, cozy table — plus it’s big enough to spread out projects. It takes up most of the kitchen 😅
6 - what’s your go-to recipe when you want to make something that requires minimal effort?
Wraps! I usually have a can of chickpeas and some garlic and tahini for making hummus. Tomatoes, parsley, feta cheese, whatever else is around. If I am feeling ambitiously lazy, I throw some cauliflower/eggplant/whatever veg I have in the oven to roast with olive oil and ras al hanout. Then— done!
16 - how long have you known your oldest friend?
Oh, gosh. That is either @iamaweretoad or my friend Marie? Either way, the answer is something like 15, 16 years? A long time!
