I drew this last night but my Internet went out so I couldn't post it

I kinda took some liberties on their designs, but initially it was just so they looked cool but I actually came up with a bunch of headcannons.

Like with Connie's Neapolitan hair, as she'd get older, spending to much time with Steven and getting healed with his magic, eventually she would gradually transform into something like Lars and Lion. I don't think it would happen all at once, it'd be over a lonnnng time. And I don't think she'd ever like have the chance to die of old age - she'd slightly get older but as more of her becomes integrated with steven's magic, the slower she'll age. And the more her looks change.

This was mostly inspired by the art book with the Future concepts, Connie has some streaks in her hair? idk if they're pink

And Steven's hair, well, as he'd get older too a similar thing would happen. To make up for his human body deteriorating, his gem would try to 'fill in the gaps.' thus too, his hair would shift to a more pinker hue.

One reason I don't typically like Steven having long hair is because I think he'd hate looking so much like rose but... I feel like that wouldn't matter as much to him when he gets older. He'd move past his associations with her, accepting that he is her son and will have similarities, and he would stop trying to ignore them. If he likes having huge curly hair, that's his choice, not an act of trying to be like her.

And his scars from the corruption, of course. I don't really have HCs for that I kinda just wanted to match Finn's back scar. But yeah, I feel he would definitely have some, like any of the other corrupted gems. They would just be more human rather than blotches and horns. The scars come from the process of the corruption, just the abrupt growth of it breaking his skin rather than the nature of the corruption to his gem itself. But they'd still be pink cause that's cool.
