Starting my diet a little differently, because I don't want to binge and where I work I get tempted with food, so I want to have some snacks during my day. I'm fasting for 16 hours a day, everyday, mostly while I'm sleeping. For the part I'm awake I'm liquid fasting, 0 cal tea, coffee, bone broth.
Day 1: 1500
Day 2: 1400
Day 3: 1200
Day 4: 1000
Day 5: 900
Day 6: 900
Day 7: 800
Day 8: 800
Day 9: 800
Day 10: 650
Day 11: liquid fast 24hr
Day 12: 600
Day 13: 600
Day 14: 500 + liquid
Day 15: liquid fast 24hr
Day 16: 500 + liquid
And 500 for the remaining 14 days or until I feel I can eat less.
It's not as deficit as id like to be but sometimes I get burnt out and binge, and I want to lose weight.
