some tips
♡ drink 1 glass of water before every meal, after every bite take a sip of water
♡ always leave something on your plate, even if it's just a bit, never finish
♡ replace sweets with fresh fruit, frozen fruit and fruit puree
♡ every time you're sitting down scrolling / watching a movie or show, remember you can watch the exact same thing while walking
♡ plain f00d, simple is better
♡ take supplements to stop fainting, hair loss, breakouts, debloat and more (omega 3, potassium, vitamin c, vitamin d, fish oil, vital proteins collagen, probiotics, calcium, etc.)
♡ chew until it's pretty much liquid
♡ yogurt with sweetner, honey or maple syrup in the freezer = froyo
♡ blended frozen mango, strawberries or banana with a dash of milk = ice cream
♡ psyllium husk, chia seeds and flaxseeds contain soluble fiber that debloat you and keep you fuller for longer
♡ baby f00d is usually sugar free, salt free, lwcl and fortified with minerals
♡ keep an inspo board open all the time, hang up posters on your walls, notes in your mirror, quotes on your phone's background to surround yourself
