The color representing having a crush being on Andy's opinions on frank, Bob, and Rick is meant to just show that he finds them physically attractive. He doesn't have a proper crush on any of those 3.
After the cult forced him to make a deal with them, They had Andy he switched to mort from his previous doctor as they could not have a non cultist be Andy's doctor due to the third eye. Mort also keeps tabs on how the whole third eye thing is developing/ how it affects Andy for the cult.
The thieves fear Andy because they broke into his house once. It didn't go well lmao.
Kevin fears Andy because he witnessed him go full on eldritch mode out of self defense during one of the candy clubs monster of the week attacks.
I honestly don't think andy and the witch would ever meet which is why their opinions on each other are mainly "who?" But the other colors are supposed to represent how they would feel about each other if they were to meet.
Andy much like IRL me's opinions on Christianity are very much mixed so Andy has mixed feelings on Gregor due to that. His opinion on Gregor only became worse after learning how he treated skid, pump and the other townsfolk during Hollow Sorrows. They also have probably gotten into a argument at least once aswell. Andy still tries to be respectful of Gregor and his beliefs though.

Note: Andy's opinions on different characters does very much change over time but this version is meant to be a around current time/ in general one. set sometime post ep 6. It's also probably post EP7 aswell because Andy and Moloch probably don't start dating until sometime after but this is also kinda just a general version of the chart aswell so the time doesn't matter that much.
