Bonus of her teaching them about maps bc i assume they weren't exposed to that many, raised to be locked up and all that:

Glameow: Glameow's lavender-color shiny is lovely. I'm not sure if there was any particular rationale behind it, though it could be based off of the purple in Purugly's ears and eyelids. Regardless, swapping a neutral gray for lavender gives it some distinct color without the risk of it being overly garish. It also helps that the purple naturally compliments its blue eyes and pink accents.

Purugly: Purugly does the same swap as Glameow, and unsurprisingly, also looks pretty good as a result. The only change is the addition of blue, which replaces the lavender in its original palette. On the one hand, they might've been referencing Glameow's eyes in the same way shiny Glameow references Purugly's ears. On the other hand, the blue feels a little distracting due to how many colors there are, which kind of makes me wish they just swapped it to pink to match the inside of the ears or something. Not a huge deal though.
