this is amazing. I need an anxiety journal! (seriously stealing this idea b/c I'm too poor to actually afford therapy right now yes really)

DO IT. I actually started it in conjunction with my Harvard therapy - it was for the basic CBT-type practice in examining / changing thought patterns. So I write out the things I'm anxious about and then write out why they're not really as life or death as the anxiety brain thinks they are. 

now i'm transitioning out of harvard therapy so i have to make sure i actually write the things down. it's not always helpful, but it's pretty cool.

ha! Hilarious. Conversely, mine is "I didn't like it but I don't really like anything because I'm an enormous snob." So, yours is by far the better of the two. :)

I hate this question.........                                                                                                I love my old memories, even the bad once but.. I guess if I had to choose I would say I prefer losing my old memories just to gain some new once, and experience all the good and bad things from the beginning.

7. What is your happiest childhood memory? 

My happiest childhood memory would be the first summer vacation I had with my parents :) We went to the sea.

8. Do you think it’s possible, without a doubt, to know what it good and what is evil?

Not sure.....

I would, without even thinking about it.
