This is my longest set with 20kg to date! I am very happy with how strong I am feeling and how well my body is holding up with training. Doing my best to stay patient as the NY Open gets closer! My goal on 3/29 is 80 reps of longcycle in 10min with the 20kg kettlebell. Baby steps!

Training is going well with 20kg!  I failed on the last rep but am grateful to be going at CMS pace even for a short time!  This is the right hand...

And here is the left arm from Saturday...I completed all 13 reps in each set on this side!

Taking on 20kg last night! I will post another set later today but I'm happy with my progress!
