Story time! Both our SciOly head coach and assistant coach stepped out at the same time for personal reasons, so we haven't even started our season yet. Our new coach is awesome, but he's a little nervous because it's his first year, and he's also coaching another science-oriented team at our school. We have all have a lot of potential, but we're all a littke nervous.

oh man that must be absolutely terrible gahhhhhhhhjust make sure that everybody knows what event that they’re doing and organize study times + meetings !! science olympiad can get really stressful if the team doesn’t know what it’s doing.hopefully, your new coach knows the basics of scioly like sign-ups for build-its and how the events run and other coach-ish stuff!!

tbh the head coach of my team is a little (a lot) on the disorganized side, and that got really stressful last year bahahahaha. hopefully, everything goes well for your team and that you guys place a lot of medals!!

Annabeth sighed as she walked through the school corridors, a rucksack on her back and some books hugged to her chest... with a dagger tucked into her left boot.

She had been asked to do some scouting for demigods at a school (why it was her and not a satyr, she didn't know) and the only way she could do that was by pretending to be a mortal and, thus, acting younger than she actually was. Which was difficult, since she'd spent a lot of her time at camp at that age.

Annabeth had only been there for a month, and the monster attacks had started a week or so ago -- nothing huge, but they were the first monster attacks since she'd arrived. And someone was bound to suspect something, she was sure.
