Last night, I attended the Premiere of a Documentary I was in that was filmed this past March.It highlighted me teaching Poetry at the Painted Brain as well as reciting my original poetry. The soirée was held at the chic art gallery Hauser & Wirth in Downtown LA Arts District. The Documentary focused on Institutions and Non Profit Organizations that promote health advocacy as well as community. I was very proud to be part of this project and a Teacher at Painted Brain. The “Painted Brain” allows people who would otherwise isolate themselves out of depression or lonelinesses and invitation to be creative, find their voice and make new friends.
