Tbf I don’t love lightning, but I was around during the days of bitchmoms and swirl so it’s really funny to hear people rant about Kayla being bitter and unapproachable. Yeah she’s abrasive but at least she’s not sitting around with a thesaurus insulting people for their intelligence while she works at a damn Starbucks.
I mean, I guess I see the validity in your statement, but you don’t need to be college educated and have a career to be intelligent? Something about that rubbed me the wrong way lol. Regardless, I would much rather run a blog with lightning than swirl.

Previous anon defending lightning reminds me too much of the Chris Crocker video where he’s crying LEAVE BRITNEY ALONE. But moving on, idk about the other anons but it’s not about the occasional sass for me. Lightning has always had a holier-than-thou attitude and her personality is very unapproachable and overly-judgmental. And if you don’t agree with her then she’s very rude about it, even on trivial things. That’s how it’s always been with her from tgm/exchange

Just to add, I’m not pissed off and I don’t dislike lightning. I’m just standing by my original opinion that her and I would probably butt heads wayyyy too much due to personality and opinion differences and things of that nature. Not entirely sure why this conversation started but maybe one of the original anons can answer your question.

I wouldn’t go out of my way to call lightning a narcissist but she’s not a great admin at all. A little sass and carefree attitude is probably good to have as an admin, but she can’t admit when she’s wrong about things and if people don’t agree with her constantly then she gets progressively more pissy on TME. I honestly have cringed since she joined that blog because she’s so hard to tolerate idk how the other admins do it.
I do kind of agree that she seems very closed minded on other people’s’ opinions but let me also say that I love her responses to the people who are truly fucking stupid as shit. That’s one of the reasons why I initially said I have mixed feelings in regards to her haha. But yeah I guess that’s I’m not being totally honest if I don’t admit that I started my own blog instead of trying to join their team because working with a personality I feel like a lot of people would clash with wouldn’t be in my best interest lol

Lightning is str8 up a narcissist. Remember when all the admins on that blog said why they became an admin? Every other admins answers were oriented outside themselves. To provide advice, keep up with gossip, etc. Lightnings answer was all about herself. It's really the Kayla Talk Show Spotlight Hour in her mind. She's nuts

Are we still talking about admins we hate? I’m submitting lightning for that. The current drama she caused is annoying as fuck, honestly and she tries to act too much like a bad ass.
Yeah, while I tend to agree with a lot of the things she says, the constant aggressiveness irks me a little. Things don’t *always* have to be so harsh and argumentative in order to get your point across, in my opinion.
