Nicky Holloway wanted a take on the clubs and bars of Ibiza, fresher and different to other London venues. We went for an all white minimal theme. My other half Jenny Fairfax did the draped white fabric ceilings. We painted everything white including the dance floor, which was still wet when the club opened. I used blue and red industrial tape and dots and created patterns on the walls and dance floor. Matching red and blue seating blocks were arranged on and around a white stage. Seating platforms with loose cushions divided the dance floor from the bar area...and naturally someone turned up with a Milk churn.
