one thing about the matthew story is that he was trying so hard to find happiness that when he finally meets someone who appears to be the one for him, he realizes heβs actually happy and accepts this new love.
happiness we try to find it so hard when itβs actually right there with us. why is it so hard to notice? time will go by and then weβll look back and think βoh i was so happy it was so easy back thenβ but NOW weβre living that βback thenβ and weβre still looking for that happiness. we have to surround ourselves with people that remind us that weβre happy and free.
