Thank you to the fantastic staff and chefs at @butcherverona for accommodating us without a reservation. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our meal. Everything from the wine recommendations for the Lugana from the lovely waitress to the delectable delights that we ate. @wings_and_beats and I started with Tagliatelle Al Ragu to share for our first dish and then we shared the Gaia T-Bone Steak with accompanying mashed and roasted potatoes and mixed vegetables with a mint chimichurri glaze. We finished with a spoon each of strawberry and passion fruit sorbet - the perfect end to a beautifully prepared and cooked meal. We cannot recommend this place enough.
