We started things off with a bang💥 with some heavy #hipthrusts, post warmup, of course! 🍑 Then, we moved on to #deadlifts, #sumosquats, #hamstringcurls, and morning glories, finishing off our #PULLday with some #backandbis. Megan is definitely going to be sore tomorrow, but she KILLED it today! 💪🏼🙌🏼🍑💥🎉 ••• The good morning is a simple exercise used to warm-up and strengthen the lower back and stretch and strengthen the #hamstrings and #posteriorchain.
