                                                  teeth  clench  hard  until  her  jaw  is  sore,   but  the  pain  is  almost  a  relief,   a  distraction.   the  hatred  she  feels  for  Lady  Eboshi  is  enough  to  make  her  blood  boil,   and  she  wants  for  nothing  more  than  to  race  across  that  stream  and  thrust  her  blade  deep  in  the  evil  woman’s  heart.

               “you  call  us  monsters,”   she  spits,   the  hand  holding  her  dagger  swings  the  blade  at  thin  air,   the  need  to  do  something  to  channel  her  anger  is  too  strong  to  stay  still  entirely.   were  it  not  for  her  mother’s  words,   the  ever-wise  Moro,  then  San  believes  she  truly  would  try  to  attack  this  woman.   but  for  now,   all  they  can  do  is  lick  their  wounds  and  move  on  as  the  Lady  takes  her  men  and  continues  down  the  road.
