During the 1950s and 1960s, Vincent Price starred in a number of low-budget horror films. Much like B science fiction productions, B horror movies frequently reused costumes and props, often passing them between productions with little alteration. Β Two of Priceβs best-known films from this period are π―ππππ ππ π―ππππππ π―πππ and π»ππ π©ππ. This distinctive negligee, recognizable by its unusual collar of intertwined fabric, appears in both films. Β The costume was first seen in π―ππππ ππ π―ππππππ π―πππ, where it was worn by Carol Ohmart as Annabelle Loren. Later that same year, it was reused in π»ππ π©ππ, worn by the incomparable Agnes Moorehead as Cornelia van Gorder.
