Yuven: They frown at this someone, but can't help but be a little bit flustered. It's the Demon Lord's place, and they ended up embarrassing their partner in such a way, they'll feel bad about it, and be unable to respond for a while, "My apologies."
Attendant A: They are the 'Royal Guard' of the Demon castle, so it's not like they usually sleep much anyway. But it's difficult for them to hold back a grimace, eyes focussed on the ground and trying not to pay too much attention to the sounds. To listen in would be to disrespect their league.
Attendant B: They'll always assume that the Demon Lord is on top, so their inner monologue will be something like 'Make sure that twit can't walk for days!!'
But if the Demon Lord is a lady, and the Hero a gentleman, they will have a sullen expression on their face, thoughts along the line of 'How dare he defile my Lord in such a way.'
The Sibling: The sibling wouldn't have much changes in their expression, but they would judge the noise, and try to figure out the situation at hand.
Later, they might ask the Demon Lord what they were doing and why it couldn't be done with the sibling instead. And, depending on your answer, they will either let the matter go or ask someone to do it with them.
