In Rats in Paris, Bek kills Blithers to protect Eloise even though Eloise never wanted him to be killed. When Owen saw this he told Bek she had blood on her hands and was shocked at how she could do such a thing.

Now keep in mind, at least in Rats, I don't think c!Owen has memories of his past series. He has vague fragments, yes (as proven by him referencing Outsiders on multiple occasions), but he doesn't fully remember (as proven by his confusion when Apo directly says the word Outsiders). Apo, however, does remember these past series seeing as she says the name of Outsiders.

Fast forward to VSMP. Owen kills 2799 people in Louis' name even though Louis never wanted anyone to be killed. Later in the series, Apo asks him if he even knows what it's like to love. Now WHAT IF this is because Apo has seen this type of love before in Bek and Eloise? The only difference now is, Owen can't make up for this. Bek apologized for her actions and Eloise proved she still loved her. But Louis couldn't do that. AND AND AND what if Apo also remembers the horrible things Bek did in Outsiders, but also remembers how she redeemed herself in the end?

They saw how these things can be mended, but they also saw how Owen never tried. He was only ever vengeful. Now he was the one with blood on his hands.
