Underrated dynamic of raptormoms is soyona periodically checking in with the handler during the raptors' training and just stressing her the fuck out. Soyona is not handling the young raptors correctly and insists on using a completely different training method and doesn't bother to bond with the raptors at all. Give me that duality of the handler being so stressed whenever soyona is around but also enjoying her company and missing her when she's not there, and all that internal conflict over it.
