Creature Commandos ranking and thoughts with spoilers:
Weasel. Listen, he’s so stinking cute. He plays with those wolves. He sleeps with his butt in the air. He jumps after butterflies. There’s a scene we’re he drags a guard away and later the guard his back and Weasel is licking the guys head. He nods when Phosphorus says Flag couldn’t hold out. He’s also got trauma. I need to watch the movie he’s in.
2. The Bride. First of all, her and Victor should have stayed a father-daughter thing. The scene with him was cute until it turned into…that. Other than that she’s a badass and kind of rude, but not overly emo about it. She’s not just an asshole 100% of the time. Her and Nina were cute especially and ironically after Nina died. Though I feel weird about shipping them like I’ve seen because how old is Nina? To me she’s maybe 19, could be wrong though, I’m bad with ages. She also looked so badass until they made her lose the cloak. The cloak was part of the fun during the fight scenes! (Man, I loved her, the 2026 The Bride, and I have the original Bride on DVD)
3. Phosphorus. Amazing dance scene and I’m so glad he didn’t kill the little girl. “Oh I am smiling, you just couldn’t know that.” “Sue me for being a bro and doing you a favor.” “And now everyone’s happy, except for you because you no longer have food and your ugly. And this one because he no longer has a jaw.” “Did it sound enough like I gave a shit?”
4. G.I Robot. Him and Nina were cute. It sucks almost everyone he wanted to be friends with turned out to be a white supremasist, but at least he got to shoot them! Also because him carrying the tub for Nina was cute. “Where’s friend Nina?” “I would like to see my boys again.”
5. Nina. Her backstory was really sad and she had some funny lines, but a lot of her feels like her just commenting on what the bride was doing. She wasn’t annoying, but I have less to say. “I almost died, you still owe me a favor.”
6. Eric. “Don’t tempt me woman, I still have the shotgun.” “You dilfy piece of shit. You’re everyone’s type!” He’s a piece of shit who also gets some pretty funny lines. Though the things he said and did to the blind woman who took him in are absolutely crazy. “If I were blind I would kill my self.” “Our romantic comedy will become pornography, but the kind for chicks.” He is absolutely not dead, we’ve seen him and The Bride come back like 50 times.
7. Flag. I love how people will try to kill him and he ends up having a casual conversation with them afterwards. “You want coffee?” The girl he ends up getting seduced by looks young to me, so him eventually getting with her, even if he did say no a lot before hand, felt weird. It was also weird from her perspective because ofhow quickly it became compassionate considering how uncomfortable he looked beforehand. Honestly read as assault to me. Also even though he was probably wrong, I don’t blame him for blindly following what Circe said. She was attacking people and creating an army using dudebros.
