We give back in a few different ways:

We #donate 10% of our proceeds to #esophageal #cancer #research. The name JP's Delight is for my dad, John-Paul, who inspired me to follow my dreams. Unfortunately, he passed away 2 months before the initial start of JP's Delights after an 11-month battle with stage 4 esophageal cancer. This is my motivation for donating 10% towards esophageal cancer research.

Suggestions for Uses

The classic pairing. Serve alongside soft Bavarian pretzels, schitzel, bratwursts, hot dogs, or kielbasa.

 Use it as a robust, flavorful spread for deli meats, pastrami, roast beef, or grilled cheese.

Whisk the mustard with a bit of brown sugar or honey to create a sticky glaze for baked ham, pork chops, or salmon.

 Spread it directly over a chuck roast, tri-tip, or country-style ribs before slow-cooking or braising to lock in savory flavor.

Whisk it with apple cider vinegar, olive oil, and a dash of honey to dress hearty salads or potato salad.

 Deglaze a skillet after searing steaks or pork chops with a splash of broth and a spoonful of beer mustard to make a rich, quick pan sauce.
