not quite a still life but i was never going to stay super serious for long. enjoying using artrage still. its a great challenge and seriously giving me the urge to impulse buy 100 canvases and a ton of art supplies i cant afford will probably do about 5 pantings and the rest would collect dust in a corner of shame along with all my other creative flight of fancies. this is why the ipad. the ipad is safe. the ipad doesnt get put down. boy im chatty tonight. does anyone read this? i dont mind, just enjoy the frog :)

This portrait style Ive used started bc I wanted to challenge myself by using one brush and no blending. The only change is the opacity and size. I was getting a bit overwhelmed with portraits and caught up in realism and someone liked the style enough to want more. I did add a touch of sparkle using a second brush to this one to make the sequins dazzle to finish it off. I’m really pleased with how it turned out.
