On November 18, 2012 the shield made their debut. At that time I never heard of them but as time went on I became a fan and started to believe in the shield. I’m so proud to call myself a fan.
Dean was fun to watch and I’ll miss him. I loved how he was unpredictable and I’m so proud to be his fan. I loved when he became grand slam champ, he deserved it. I was fortunate to see him live twice, once with the shield on 4-8-14 and again on 6-10-17. I love how protective he is of his brothers. The shield will forever be a part of my life and while this might be the end of the shield for awhile, I will always believe. The shield was more then a group, it’s a brotherhood. They will always be the shield and there will never be another group with the same chemistry as them. They have an amazing bond and great friendship. So thank you dean and thank you shield. I’m not saying goodbye to dean and the shield just goodbye for now. I wish dean the best and who knows what the future may hold.
