Sitting here this morning speechless and feeling beyond blessed! @shpirukr and @toddcooperr definitely delivered the surprise of a lifetime! Losing a child is something I wish on no one! The hole in our heart can never be repaired but numerous times after we lost Brianna the one thing that would bring Joy was hearing the song “Smile” from Uncle Kracker! If we were in the store and it came on for a brief moment in time everything was ok! We had students and families write letters to get him here with no luck. We did get to stand with some of our most special friends at Pineapple Fest and hear him preform and Smile was his closing song it was “amazing”!!We left happy hearts. Fast forward 10 years what many would say would never happen happened! 2020 the year most of us want to forget (me included) will now be a year I will never forget! December 5, 2020 @shpirukr @jen_wycoki @toddcooperr took a dream and made it reality! There are not enough words to express my gratitude! My heart is full today and I know Brianna was sooo excited to watch this from the biggest stage with extreme excitement! A night that is forever etched in my heart!
