Who would get married?
absolutely fucking excellent question. this is turning into would and wouldn’t, but also i don’t always mean people who i’m listing together would marry one another.
bev and erlin would get married. will get married. do get married. if we ever meet an older beverly toegold v he will be married. if caldwell even attempts to claim otherwise i will be fighting him the following dawn.
calder callie and sol are all, generally, open to the idea of marriage. generally speaking i don’t think they’ll find people to marry but they would marry someone.
cricks don’t have a traditional definition of marriage. hardwon lost hope on marriage when gemma dumped him. there’s a very specific set of circumstances where they might (one that mainly relies on au conditions), though.
albin would. alanis wouldn’t. jaina wouldn’t, anymore. she would have once. jolene was always a never. lucanus is a perpetual maybe. erdan was a yes. red and gunther were actively married to each other.
ulfgar would, if the timing was right. cobb and marabelle were fine how things were. apple no. deadeye no. mavrus yes, but only as a bit. tonathan doesn’t have time for all that.
I always look forward to see your posts on my feed.
WOW i love this creativity, this out of the box approach…. THANK YOU i’m so glad that my one trillion posts a day are still exciting. it must be my fabulous taste and sharp wit that keeps you all coming back for more
i love how i managed to do something my predecessor never did in this position, i.e. stay caught up on work, rarely miss deadlines, etc., so as a reward my boss decides to make my life worse with ai

artfight this summer was an absolute blast!!! Everyone’s characters were super fun to draw, and I feel like I improved quite a bit too ^^
THANKS A TON to everyone that attacked my characters, by the way. all those drawings now live inside my brain permanently and clank against the walls of my empty head whenever I take a step (in a positive and comforting way?)

As for the life keeping us from the blorbos, big same. For the ask, How would Isaac and Jeremy react to Scott and Jean working on their cycles together. Actually, add Laila and Cat to the mix as well.
Life does suck, every now and then...
BUT.
Scott takes them to the garage. Isaac knew that lizard-Jackson had murder a kid in Camden's class there, but that was one of Beacon Hills' many little snippets of history. Enough to write a few horror books, true, but something that gave the town its unique flavour. Not that Isaac had much to do in there, but there is something about Scott getting into his dirty, greasy clothes as he works on that bike that he enjoys watching. It gives him many ideas for later.
So Isaac sits outside, at the table conveniently placed for waiting customers as he drinks his gatorade and reads his book, when two other motorcycles roll into the garage. He watches carefully, marking where he is still reading with his finger, and looks over his sunglasses to inspect the newcomers. Two guys, two girls. They get off their bikes and remove their helmets -- and then Isaac drops his book.
"You're Jean Moreau," Isaac says, immediately recognising the best Exy backliner in all Exy history. "And--ohmygod," his brain shortcircuits when he recognises Jeremy Knox. THE Jeremy Knox. He stands up trying not to look too star-struck, failing miserably. "Scooooott!" he calls without breaking eye contact with Jeremy. Jeremy waves at him and smiles at him. Isaac commits that moment to memory.
"We're here too," one of the girls--NO. Not a girl. CAT ALVAREZ. AND LAILA DERMOTT.
Isaac had been very close to shifting to Exy from lacrosse, but he felt better out in the open rather than ion a plexiglas cage, but he LOVED watching Exy. For that matter, so did Scott.
"Can you, I, uh, uhm..." Isaac does not know what to say, and then Jean flipping Moreau scowls at him. Isaac feels blessed.
Scott suddenly arrives, "Babe what are you--ohmygod," he shares Isaac's same reaction. He is also an avid Exy fan, and as Californians they both were die-hard Trojan fans.
"I take you like Exy?" Cat smiles at them. Isaac still does not know how to react, so he just nods, not trusting his mouth to say anything embarrassing, like proposing marriage to any of them in that instant.
Scott is more coherent when he speaks next, "Uh, yeah. Massive."
"And you also have issues with your bike," she adds, pointing behind Scott.
"Oh, you need a mechanic?" Scott shakes his head, suddenly realising that there had to be a reason for the four stars the USC Trojans of his youth being there. "Greenberg's gone, but he lets me..."
"Can you help us then?" Jean Moreau interrupts, rather abruptly, but Jeremy gently taps him with his elbow.
"I, uh, sure..."
"It's only this bike," Cat says as she pushes her motorcycle deeper into the garage, followed closely by Jean and accmopanied by Scott. Laila and Jeremy walk towards Isaac and pull the remaining chairs.
"They're going to be a while," Laila says as she puts the helmet down by her chair.
"They can get very intense, when their bikes are involved," Jeremy agrees as he walks towards Isaac. The three of them look at the other three as they point and kneel and roll up their sleeves.
It takes Isaac two seconds to notice that he, Jeremy and Laila are silent and looking at their partners with the same fond yet lupine smile.
"That's.... definitely a sight to remember," Isaac articulates the thing he thought but that he should not have said, but that gets a chuckle from Laila and Jeremy.
Isaac freezes in pure delighted shock when Jeremy (JEREMY KNOX -- THE ONE FROM HIS POSTERS) lands a hand on his shoulder. "So I take you like Exy?"
Hey hey! ❤️ For the weird asks game: 80, 92, 97?
Syd!!! So good to hear from you <3
80. earth tones or jewel tones?
Jewel tones. Always and forever. If I could live in Howl's Moving Castle, with his maximalism and his colour palette, I would. But also, it feels like anything less is leaning into the Beige Mom of it all, and I refuse. Give me the saturation back!!!! Why does everyone want to live or look like an apple store showroom????
92. lamps, overhead lights, sunlight or fairy lights?
Sunlight, 100%. If I can't have that, then overhead lights. I know there's a million Big Light Haters, but I'm not one of them. I love actually being able to see all the time; nothing worse than having to squint in dim lighting in the big ol' year of 2026. [The only exception to this is if I have a Dreaded Headache, in which came, lamps if at all necessary, and pitch darkness if not.]
97. how many phone numbers do you have memorized?
Oof, this is bad. Not counting, like, 911? Oh it's so sad. Like, three? My cell, my mom's cell, my childhood home's landline. I used to be really good about it, too, but having a cell phone where I could just hit a button degraded that muscle, I think. Oof. And I don't even order take-out often enough to have a delivery line memorized! Jesus, I don't know if that's sad or not. Eh, maybe it's something to work on.
Thanks for playing. Ask game HERE.
