I have mild thalassophobia- fear of the ocean
My leg muscles lock up when playing games like skyrim in the icy areas or near the shipwrecks in the waters, etc. Animal crossing ocean is also a bit of a nope sometimes. The actual ocean itself is- i need to work on that, i have a plan for that
I just played subnautica (creative, no sound) and so far ??? It's not triggering my fight, flight or freeze, i have seen a single juvenile(?) Reaper leviathan.
