Thais hums softly, as she observes the two little birds before her. (It's not quite correct to call them little, but they are young, still — far younger than her.) She can sense, within them, the sap from that seed she had recalled to herself. It's different from the Seed she had given to the Keeper, for sure, but Thais is the Aeon of Desire — and all her seeds are known to her.

"You've both done well to make it here." She praises them, voice free of sultry tones she may have given another. (These are her children, after all. No need to put on any act, for them, for they know her as their mother first and an Aeon second. Or — perhaps, they know her as a helpful stranger first, and a mother second, but Thais knows time will smooth the distinctions away.) "Well done."

The smaller one — Pollux, who had been so angry, and now is so defensive, putting himself bodily between his brother and Thais herself — bristles, slightly. Suspicious — he's earned it.

Thais simply laughs, and lays a gentle hand atop his head. "Mythag will be kind to you." She promises. "The Keeper can help you both settle, I'm sure. You both will thrive here, won't you?"

An encouraging smile given, to both of these sons of hers, and Thais sees as the tension finally drains from Castor, sees as Pollux's suspicion softens, even if not gone fully. She watches them, as they go off to seek that Keeper that Mythag holds so highly, and Thais cannot help but smile to herself. They are not Aramites, not really, but — Thais has people, still. Three seeds to keep herself, her legacy, alive, and two sons to hold dear and shape the future as they, too, bloom into their fullest, happiest selves.

Nakhon Si Thammarat: this was founded as a Thai vassal and would remain so until 1438 when it managed to achieve independence until Ayutthaya reasserted Thai controls in the sixteenth century.

Thais: the modern Thai Rattanakosin kingdom is the main home of ethnic Thais, although a great deal of migratory change in recent years has altered the country's population make-up.
