Continuing with Touka...

She's very communicative. If something doesn't feel good, she's telling you immediately. If someone isn't doing good or straight up isn't listening, she's ending this.

She'd be pretty open to sex acts. If someone can't do X or asks her to do Y, she's flexible and willing and adaptive!

Somewhat on that note, I think she'd really love using her mouth and giving head. It'd always be of the soft and gentle variety, but I think she'd love giving once she gets over her sexual shame.

She’s quiet in bed but does a lot of adorably soft whining. She gets overwhelmed by pleasure pretty quickly.

I think she'd also have some CNC kinks. She's pretty shy and anxious and I could definitely see her sexual shame presenting as "I want someone to just take from me so I don't have to take responsibility for my own sexual feelings."

Kaneki:

Kaneki is fun because I think his sexual preferences would heavily change depending on where in the story he's at.

(Also! I headcanon him as a sex favorable asexual. I'm ace myself so granted I don't actually know how sexual attraction works, but from my understanding being a sex favorable asexual just kinda gives a sort of disconnect to your sexual desires. Instead of craving a specific person, you crave the sensations. You feel that itch of a sex drive and pick who you want / trust to have sex with instead of necessarily being drawn to them out of sexual attraction.)

I see Kaneki as bi and who considers himself a vers in theory and definitely interested in bottoming, but it's a whole new sensation and takes a lot of trust. He'd either need a lot of time to work up to it, or have to be in one of his more destructive states where he can't really be bothered to care.

So Kuroneki I see as a sub top or a side. He doesn't want to take anything, not yet. If he did bottom, he would need a lot of gentle convincing and reassurance and take months to be able to work up to it comfortably. He'd have to call a stop the first attempts. Or! He'd bare through it and traumatize himself, which is dark but unfortunately more realistic, I'd say :/

Or he falls into the cliche of a dominant top because he can't allow himself to be anything but strong and in control and unable to be taken advantage of again.

I could see all 3 options for Shironeki, honestly.

I think he has a fairly low sex drive, but also just really likes how sex feels once he's done it and especially grown comfortable with it, so he's kinda free use in that sense. Absolutely ask him if he wants sex; chances are he'll say yes!

Going back for a minute, I could also see him being Free Use and into CNC out of sexual shame and not wanting to feel responsibility for his own sexual desires. I don't really see men get featured with that sort of shame and I'd love to see it dived into.

It takes forever for him to work up the nerve to ask for sex himself. And even when he does, it's a very timid and very softened way of asking, avoiding any crude or direct words. But as time passes, you can directly see the comfort growing as his word choice changes, and eventually he can ask pretty outright without batting an eye.

Finally, lately I've been considering him into prince play with Hide specifically. Given that Kaneki seems to think a lot about and hold dear the childhood play that he was in where he played the prince and Hide his servant / jester. He thinks about it during Yamori's torture, and the original finale script of Root A where he and Hide both playfully roleplay it. I could see Kaneki into adulthood and his sex life craving prince play, wanting worship and loyalty and dedication. I'm not really sure how it'd get brought up, but I can see Hide being happy to give that to him, treat him well, throwing in and playing up all his affection for Kaneki.

And branching off that a bit, and how they're both great actors and really close... I think far enough into their sex life they'd both get a kick out of sexual roleplay and try different things just for the hell of it. I'm not sure what other themes he'd be into, but I think Kaneki in particular would really like sexual roleplay and really get into it.

Hide:

I'm really sick of and squicked out by the way general fandom treats male bottoms so honestly I prefer putting Hide as a bottom. I want to see a sex positive confident guy who wants to be fucked and will be loud and enthusiastic about it!

(Similarly. I'm a sucker for sub male tops and. Kaneki just fits that too well.)

I think Hide is a vers but not exactly in an equal way, if that makes sense? When topping, he's very much a service top, putting all his focus into his partner and making sure they feel good and are comfortable.

When bottoming, I think he would kinda play up being a pleasure fiend and have fun with it.

I think he'd usually be a power bottom and love to ride, too.

Also he would be very up for letting a girl peg him. He's very much a vers no matter who he's with.

Nishiki was kinda canonically a fuckboy before Kimi accepted him as a ghoul. I think he’s “good” at sex in the sense that he’s had experience and learned what women like and how to pleasure them enough to stay and want him, but he’s not really a romantic by default and if you’re with him enough you can kinda see the script he’s using each session. Pre-ghoul reveal, I think there was always a one-note element to their sex. Post-ghoul-reveal, Nishiki’s really into soft, slow romantic sex. He’s never had that, or if he did he didn’t genuinely feel the trust and connection. Kimi’s different, she genuinely loves and wants him, and he trusts and believes her, and he loves to bask in that for once. He loves to take it slow and genuinely make love to her.

And while I'm here and have the opportunity, lemme drop some of my general ghoul smut headcanons:

Look. Coffee makes cum taste bad. Ghouls are not going to give up coffee. The human partners of ghouls are just gonna have to deal with that.

Ghouls cannot properly receive hickeys from humans (unassisted). They have incredibly hard skin but also regeneration. Any hickey would take a lot of effort and end up rather minor, and even then fade relatively fast, depending on that ghoul’s particular rate of regeneration.

Dangerous kinks can be acted out on ghouls without any risk of harm. Roughness, hitting, choking, knifeplay. Without quinques, no damage is possible at all. And even with quinques, ghouls can regenerate so any damage isn’t long-term.

Some ghouls find it degrading to be dommed by a human, others find it thrilling, and others might find it arousing to be degraded in that way.

A kagune is retractable. There's gotta be a hole there. And RC Fluid is a canon thing. You could probably fuck a kakuhou. And given most fans go with the kakuhou as an erogenous zone, it'd probably feel amazing.

Given she's a glutton, you could go the selfish pillow princess angle, but that's quite negatively stereotypical and you'd probably have to be careful with portraying it. (I'm not WLW nor a pillow princess, so I absolutely can't speak on that myself.)

You could go the princess route - that she wants to be pampered and pleased during sex. And while she'll react like hell when receiving (she absolutely scratches), she simply refuses to be in a giving role.

You could go the trauma route. Due to her past as being born to be a "seedbed", her being a pillow princess is a way of reclaiming that — being in the "passive" role, but in an enviroment she wants and feels safe in, and being actively pleasured and pampered instead of just used as a womb.

And so many more angles you can take if you extend it to sexuality headcanons as a whole!

Given her inherent washuu strength... how many ghouls she encounters even come close to her power level? Maybe that's not even a concern.

Would she go black widow / praying mantis on the humans she sleeps with?

Do you think she has sex in a "ghoul" way? Do you think she uses her kagune? As extra hands or even just as aesthetics? Does she loosen up and let her kakugan activate as she moans and screams?

Would she be aware and communicative enough to only sleep with stone tops and pleasure doms? Or would she suck at communication and be demanding of her sexual partners with short notice?

Hell, is she even having good sex? Is she getting what she wants and prefers and likes? Does she communicate with her partners what feels good and doesn't? Do they communicate with her what they want, what they can do, what they want to do? Is it mutually good, mutually decent, is she getting one-sided good sex, or are they both coming out of the experience with it being an unsatisfying disaster?

Would she do aftercare? Would she do proper aftercare? Or would she just up and leave afterwards?

Does she want it slow and sweet? Does she want it hard and fast and as much as she can take? Does she want it simple and vanilla? Or does she want it kinky and all effort and extras thrown in?

Does she even want / like penetrative sex? Or does she only want or prefer oral or manual?
