They literally tell us in the movie that he has no idea how long he’s been down there. He could be older than Optimus and Megatron and Elita and none of them would know it.

Not to mention none of them even know who he is! Now you could argue that “well duh Phecda not every cogless bot knows each other,” and while that is true, you also need to consider the fact that Bee is a bright yellow ball of energy who Never Stops Talking, and I think that would give him some kind of a reputation! Heck, Orion Pax!!! Had a reputation!!! It is not that out-there of an idea! And so the fact that none of them have even an inkling of an idea as to who he is??? He could easily be before any of their times

We baby-ify him too much I think, it’s his turn to be the oldest. Like he can still be Him obviously but just make him the oldest. Just like how Megatron is now the baby leader of the Decepticons and the command trio are his grandpa advisors (not the word I’m thinking of but it’s late) in this iteration
