TFA Prowl experiencing Pandora with a forest na'vi companion

prowl is in complete awe of the beauty of eywa'eveng. he was mesmerised by earth, but pandora? he doesn't have the words.

he traverses pandora in a na'vi holoform to avoid the violence the native life has against humanity.

it saddens him how humans are treated on pandora, but when he learns the full extent of humanity's role on pandora? he understands. he is a na'vi ally through and through

as for his na'vi friend? he wants to learn EVERYTHING from them

from the worship of eywa to the language and traditions, he internalises all of it. when he eventually has to leave pandora, he finds he still holds many na'vi traditions with him

prowl sees similarities between how the na'vi raise their children and how he was trained as a cyber ninja. because of this, he finds it very easy to fit in with the forest clans

he finds the zeswa clan to be the most interesting. to wander from place to place, knowing no home but the one you carry with you. he relates heavily, having been at space for so long

don't get him STARTED on the animal life. his favourite is the kenten (fan lizards)

when his na'vi friends teach him about tsaheylu, he is (once again) in awe. to be able to connect with the world in such an intimate and sacred way is astonishing to him

he spends most of his time on pandora connected with the trees and plant life. he would only make tsaheylu with an ikran if given permission by a clan as a right of passage. he takes na'vi tradition very seriously, it is their world after all

prowl could live the rest of his life on pandora and be completely fine with it

like i said, this is entirely self indulgent but i had a grand ol time. cranked this out in 10 minutes on my break at work lmao

like once these buried feelings start to resurface it hits this guy hard

I feel like if he gets panic attacks, usually he just tries to deal with it alone and whatnot, techniques and/or letting it pass and such

UNTIL someone ig caught him or smth and decides to comfort him and he’s like “woah”

Yeah that's basically what Arcee had to deal with when she became Bee's therapist lmao.

She wanted to check in on him during a bad time and saw more than she could handle like "oh dear how is this mech even functioning like this".

Other than that i can imagine Prowl just sneaking around base one night and ending up having to shake Bee awake because he was crying and writhing in is sleep, then had to deal with him having a panic attack and ended up spending the night in Bee's berth cuz he couldn't get out of his life-or-death grip.

Bee really does bury his own feelings for the sake of keeping others stable- he's the moral support, the pillar for others to lean on if they can't handle their own emotions or stress. He's not supposed to feel vulnerable... The only one who ever saw him vulnerable was Bulkhead back in boot camp, even then he was pretty damn miserable but Bulkhead kept him sane and helped. He doesn't want that chapter to repeat itself, the things were already dealt with back then and he doesn't want to seem like a liability by constantly having trouble with the same thing.

The indifference of the elite guards (let's not forget that the repair crew fought with the elite fighters of the Decepticons getting almost no help from the Cybertron.)

The situation on the ground was dealt with only at the very end

Racism towards organics from the side of the Cybertronians and the same thing from the people towards mechs

If you watch this cartoon without thinking about the small details that were here and there, it's just an entertainment for kids

However

If you start to think about it

This universe has a big freaking potential for extremely interesting and dark story with a lot of angst and detective component.

It really does. It's funny how even kid's shows have deeper meaning than it seems on the first watch.

I do like coming up with angst for various characters; giving flaws, troubles, dreams- a realistic depth to a character who seems plain and just there to fill a certain role.

I do admit sometimes i project my own personal issues onto a character though it makes them have more sense in their overall behavior and personality.

All I remembered that Blurr's job is Intelligent Agent Autobot, sound like working in office in 24/h. I couldn't imagine that he was talks really fast that his co-workers were confused and awkward conversation. That could be the loneliness in the office until meet Longarm Prime. No matter how fast he talks, Longarm is fully understanding his conversation and better communication.

There is the saddest thing in tfa universe:

NO RACER GAME IN CYBERTRON!

Every universe, Blurr is a Racer car who loves speed racer, challenges and his fan.

Like you wouldn't expect a tiny minibot to have any physique but in reality, Bee's been working his aft off twice as much as everyone else thanks to his size.

While he's still somewhat slim, that tiny boy got a whole toned six pack and decent muscle fiber built up. You can't really see it unless he's flexing or doing heavy work. He can easily lift something his own weight, he'll lift something twice his weight with some trouble, maybe trice if he really gets the kick to do so (adrenaline rush or smthn).
