Beach House - Forever Still
Today, Ladywood  presents "Forever Still", a short film from the Baltimore, Maryland dream pop duo Beach House. The film finds the band performing out in a dreamy desert landscape, near the Tornillo, Texas studio where they recorded 2012's Bloom. The video is filled with long breathtaking night shots and rich velvety colours that contrast perfectly with the stark desert landscape. The 27-minute mini-movie looks absolutely gorgeous, with the band convincingly showing just how larger-than-life these songs are.Â

We performed/recorded four songs from Bloom outdoors, in various locations that are special for us around El Paso and Tornillo, Texas. The film follows the passing of one night, starting at sunset and ending at dawn.
