#testosterone hrt

I know that body odors was going to be on of the side effects. But I didn't expect it to happen so soon?!

Status report 2 years 2 months & 22 days on T:

Facial hair? I wish.

Back hair? It's getting there.

Ankles to chest? One big connected patch of hair.

I was underweight by about 40-50lbs, and I'm actually still underweight (I've gained about 20-30lbs), and even though I'm getting healthier by gaining weight, I feel bad about it.

I've always had body image issues; I was diagnosed with moderate to severe body dysmorphia when I was just 13, and I've had family who called me far from as young as 7, if not younger. That's not even mentioning the internet.

I have genuinely considered stopping testosterone HRT for this reason (as well as several others), but I'm not where I want to be, yet, with my transition. I plan to talk to a doctor about how I feel, but I can't just stop my HRT out of nowhere, since there are drawbacks from injecting a hormone weekly, to suddenly not injecting it. I could get sick, or have problems with hormone imbalances (which wouldn't be fun).
