if there was one person that you had a hard time getting along with. then it will be keun sejin.

keun sejin is good at hiding his true emotions as well as fooling people.

sure, he always smiles at you. always greets you whenever he sees you.

but that doesn't mean that he actually trust you.

you see, this is the entertainment industry. one wrong move might cause his downfall. if he trust the wrong person, they might cause his downfall.

that's why he was confused on how everyone seemed to be easily warm their heart to you.

have they already forgotten what their previous manager did?

but anyway, his trust issues aside- he have to admit the fact that you are too damn good at what you were doing.

thanks to you, chungwoo's workload as the leader has lessened. you even helped on producing some of their music (the main reason why you were able to befriend raebin easily.)

but anyway, he remembered that there was one time he confronted you about how he doesn't trust you, yet. he expected you to be flustered, angry even.

but you just smiled. saying something about how you understands him. but you weren't there to befriend them but to work for them. so it doesn't matter if he hates you or not.

it made him confuse, but at the same time- he understood your reasoning.

now, he found himself observing you. how you does your work, how you communicate with the members, how you talk to other staffs.

and thanks to that, he noticed some of your habits. just like how seemed to messed up your hair a little whenever you were stress. how you does a high five with raebin whenever he let you listen to his work. how you seemed to act like an older sister to chungwoo despite of being younger than him. how you seemed to enjoy moondae's cooking whenever he secretly cooked for you. how you seemed to have a soft spot for eugene. or how you seemed to smile brightly whenever bae sejin thanked you.

okay, this is bullshit. he didn't know the main reason why. but- as childish as it may sound. he was... jealous.

but why? no, no. there was no way he was jealous of his members getting close to you. there's no way he was jealous by the fact that you seemed to like talking with bae sejin- when you are avoiding him.

okay. what the hell?

after realising that, he tried. take not, tried- to interact with you whenever he had a chance. but you... you kept dodging him.

this is stupid. he was starting to get angry. that's why he decided to confront you.

“ so what's up with our beloved manager-nim avoiding me as if i'm a germ? ”

“ i'm not. ”

“ now, that's harsh manager-nim. i'm also a member of testar, ya know? ”

this was stupid. he was acting stupid. why was he even doing this? was it because he was upset that you weren't giving him any attention? or was it because you're paying attention to his co-members but ignoring him? wait, that's the same thing!

this is childish, he was being childish.

he hated this kind of feeling. the feeling of not being good enough- and the fact that you were the one who make him feel this kind of feelings didn't helped at all.

he was more better than others, atleast that's what he claimed to himself. but- as time passes he slowly notices that he is indeed like them.

sejin, unlike moondae and the others was the in denial type of a yandere.

he thought that this feeling that he had was only because you keep on avoiding him while you spend a lot of time getting chummy with his co-members.

he thought that the annoyance that he felt when he saw you talking with other people other than his co-members was only normal because he hates you.

he thought that time when he almost black out and beat the shit out of the idol who dared to slap you was only normal because you were their manager and you quitting because of that will be a huge burden for chungwoo.

yeah, it was not normal at all.

by the time he realized this. keun sejin had changed. he started putting more efforts on fixing his relationship with you.

and when the two of you finally became friends? man, that was the time when sejin will become a little more intense.

because after that incident with the idol, you found yourself moving into the testar's dorm. much to your dismay.

they said that this is only for the sake of the group. and it will be far more easier for you since you didn't have to commute everyday just to go here.

and with this, they can keep spend time with you, make sure that you are eating well ( according to moondae ) and they can monitor you.

who is the culprit behind this arrangement? it was keun sejin himself and much to his surprise, bae sejin had backed him up with this. making it more easier to convince the other members.

the other staffs noticed that the testar's attachment towards you is not normal at all. but after a whole hour that chungwoo along with moondae spent convincing them. they had agreed that you will be able to take care of the group's needs if you were closer to them. so why not live with them? yeah, indeed. a good idea.

you were about to complain, saying that you need a time for yourself. but keun sejin had already pat your shoulder with a smile.

“ let's get along well together from now on, okay, manager-nim? ”

ahyeon, who was next to him, nodded excitedly.

a small laugh left from his lips by the noticed how you had practically gave up your life and nodded at him.

he still thinks that this feelings of his was really childish. but he cannot deny the fact that you were someone who would never betray them of hurt them.

so... it's only normal for them to protect you, right? to make sure that you will not be able to escape their grasp and be their manager for the rest of their career.

you are definitely a good actor.

you were good at hiding the fact that you are one of their die-hard fan. some might say that you acts like a sasaeng fan- but you are not. i mean, sure, you kinda made a shrine of them inside your room. but you were not that weird! (atleast according to you.)

how did you became their manager in the first place? well, since we all know that the testar's company tends to practice nepotism. you got this job thanks to your older sibling who happened to be one of T1's executives.

after hearing the rumors about you. the testar, especially keun sejin and moondae had expected you to be... quite... bad on your job. haha.

but they were wrong. you are definitely good at your job- you're even better than their previous managers!

but what caught the testar's attention was the fact that you maintained your stoic face whenever you were interacting with them. eugene even joked that you were their moondae 2.0 as he patted your back.

but then, suddenly- you gently swatted his hand away. saying something about you were just trying to be professional. then you hurriedly left the room.

eugene awkwardly looked at his hyungs, asking if he made you angry. ahyeon, who had seen your stiff expression before you left the room awkwardly nodded.

but unknown to the idols- by the time you were now out of their sight. you bit down your lips trying to swallow your squeals (since you don't want them to hear it). you were blushing madly while you covered your face- omg, omg! cha eugene touched you!

that day, you made up your mind to not wash the shirt that you were wearing right now and display it to your shrine.

anyway, after you were finished with your internal fangirling/boying session. you came back to them as if nothing had happened.

anyway, going back. thanks to their workload and the pressure from the media itself had lessened. which is a big help since they can now focus on their music.

but despite all of that, testar was still worried. because even though you were working for them for almost a year now. you were still distant and acting as if you were just tolerating them and their music.

why did you even agreed to become their manager in the first place? the wondered.

that's why during one of their rare holidays. the testar had decided to visit your family house. raebin who was holding a box of fresh orange (that he got from his grandparents) looked at bae sejin. asking if its really fine for all of them to barge into your house unannounced. bae sejin shrugged while keun sejin laughed, assuring one of their youngest that everything will be fine.

cha eugene who excitedly rang the doorbell added that no matter what they did in the past you never got angry to them.

but then, when the gate of your house opened. the testar was taken aback and so were the person who opened the gate.

because in front of them was the same stoic manager who always acts like they only tolerate their presence, you. and you're currently wearing a t-shirt that has all of their printed faces.

ryu chungwoo, the first one who recovered asked you a simple question that made you blush in embarassment.

"manager-nim.... are you our fan?"

you were about to deny all of it when a certain delivery driver had arrived. handing you a box of their recent album along with the plushies.

you silently cursed your fate as well as your older brother for ordering that album (even though you were the one who asked him to do so)

anyway- out of embarassment. you slammed the gate close and ran inside the house. while the testar was left confused and flabbergasted. they were about to call you again, when they heard your brother's voice behind them.

since you didn't answer their question earlier. they decided to ask your brother instead. but, your brother- being a petty guy he was. just opened the gate for them and told them to see it themselves.

and he guided the testar inside your room where you were neatly organizing the plushies and album that was delivered earlier.

"is that....us?" ahyeon was surprised to see countless posters and pictures (no, you didn't took them while working. you are obsessed but not that obsessed.) plastered inside your room.

cha eugene, the only one who thinks all of this were cool excitedly asked your brother a question. who is your bias out of all members.

your brother, quite taken aback from that question. scratched the back of his head and remembered the time that he asked you the same question.

and you answered him, staring straight into his eyes with a blank expression (which honestly creeped him out and made him consider taking you to a mental hospital)

"all of them are gods so why would i choose only one when i can worship them all?"

yeah, that will freak them out. so your brother had answered his company's artist with a straight face that you like them all. intentionally skipping out the fact that his younger sibling might or might not worshipping these 7 guys in front of him.

ahh, life is so hard.
