Ingredients: 3 lbs baby back ribs. 1 cup BBQ sauce. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar. 1 tsp smoked paprika. 1/2 tsp garlic powder. 1/2 tsp onion powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a small bowl, mix together BBQ sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cut the ribs into manageable portions and season with salt and pepper. Place the ribs in the slow cooker. Pour the BBQ sauce mixture over the ribs, ensuring they are evenly coated. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or until the ribs are tender and cooked through. Once done, remove the ribs from the slow cooker and brush with additional BBQ sauce if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
