I might be late for October 31st, but it's always Halloween in my heart.
This is my part of a collaboration with @temsikghosts, I'm responsible for the idea, the sketch and the line, all the coloring and shading were done by her.
Back then I foolishly thought we'd be done by the end of October, so the theme I chose was appropriately spooky-Phantom of the Opera.
I'm very happy with the result of our joint efforts, serves to show just how differently we approach coloring.
Thank you for doing this with me!

@fyeahghosttrick Ghost Swap treat for @temsikghosts!! SW AU you say..... for two movie still redraws, I picked Obi-Wan at his most Jowd (sassing for the sake of it) and welllll Anakin at his most Yomiel (reaching the bottom of the barrel... and digging)...
@fyeahghosttrickâ GhostSwap 2020 prompt for @temsikghostsâ! Post-game Yomiel and Jowd bonding over painting, and some banana-hair jokes. I was nearly tempted to the dark side of doing your Star Wars crossover prompt, but in the end I went with the good old happy ending.
Hope you like it more than these disasters like this fruit bowl!
@fyeahghosttrick Ghost Swap treat for @temsikghosts for some post-game fluff with Yomiel and the Sissels
Yomiel never much got into cooking before. Then it became pointless to do over the last ten, twentyâhe could never decide which count felt betterâyears. Either way heâd been dead for ten years and imprisoned for another ten. Neither were exactly conducive to honing his culinary skills.
He started trying to do more lately at Sisselâs suggestion. It wasnât terrible; he wasnât sure whether the same could be said for him or not, but she had remained supportive. The heat, smells and tastes were all welcomeâanything that brought him farther away from that time was good. Even when heâd burnt himself in a bout of forgetfulness, the pain was another good reminder. Not to say the cream for it Sissel provided wasnât also welcome. Heâd forgotten how much that hurt.
He was making the attempt again now in an effort to surprise Sissel with dinner. He was pretty sure he was doing okay so far, but keeping track of code was easier than balancing all the timings to keep things in sync.
âShould your sauce be doing that?â
âWhat the?!â Yomiel nearly threw the wooden spoon as he whirled away from the stove. âSissel!â
The cat sat unperturbed in the middle of the floor. It was one thing to ghost over. He came through the phone line on a regular basis. ButâŚ
âWhat are you doing here? How?â Jowdâs home was a ways away for a cat to make that trip...
âJowd dropped me off.â
âOh. He didnât stop?â
âHeâs got plans with Alma and I wanted to surprise you.â
âYou did that.â
âYour sauce.â
Yomiel turned back to the stove with a curse. The sauce was starting to brown at the edges. He whipped it away from the stove, ladled away the most offensive bits and stirred furiously, hoping that was enough to salvage it. It looked okay and he sighed.
âThanks buddy.â
Right, a bit more to do while under Sisselâs curious and watchful eye, set the table and he should be ready just in time for her to come homeâhopefully with something edible. As it turned out he was just finishing setting the table when he heard the front door open and Sisselâs call.
âIâm home!â
Sissel-cat padded out into the hall while Yomiel finished, listening to Sisselâs delighted greetings to the cat. She came in shortly after holding Sissel in her arms, stopped once she entered the room and stared at the table.
âAw that looks wonderful!â
âHad a little help from our friend here,â Yomiel said.
Sissel smiled down at the cat. âOf course.â
Yomiel ducked his head with a small grin. Both his Sissels together: heâd never get tired of that sight. He didnât have long to keep his joy to himself. Sissel-cat took to Sisselâs shoulder and she sidled up to Yomiel to wrap him into a hug and lean her head on his shoulder.
âDinner and my favourite human and cat. What did I do to deserve that?â she asked playfully.
âBeing here,â Yomiel said before he could stop himself. But heâd said it now, so he held her tighter. âJust being here with me.â
âOh, YomielâŚâ The playfulness dropped her voice. âAlways. I always will be.â
âYeah⌠stuck around for ten years. Guess I should know that by now.â
âThatâs all behind us now. Weâre together now and thatâs all that matters.â
âSheâs right,â Sissel added from his comfortable perch. âItâs a new life.â
âYeah. Yeah, I know.â He still held on, taking in her warmth. He wondered if heâd ever get used to it again. Maybe it was better not to; never take it, never take her presence for granted, knowing what the alternative was capable of being.
âI love you, Yomiel.â
âI love you.â
They stayed in each otherâs embrace for a little longer before Sissel gently pulled away being careful not to also dislodge their feline companion.
âI would hate to see your hard work go cold,â she said. âShould we eat now?â
They settled at the table with a third chair set out for Sissel-cat to join them, even if food wasnât an option, not that he ever seemed to mind. To Yomielâs mild surprise Sissel took to his food with all appearances of enjoyment despite the small sauce mishap. He relaxed as they ate and talked and everything was⌠normal.
A normal evening for a normal day with the woman he loved and his best friend. Yeah, a new life.
Yomiel took a deep breath as an attempt to calm himself. Tonight was the night he would finally ask Sisselâs hand.Â
They were sitting at their favorite spot in town, the restaurant Chicken Kitchen, the same place they had their very first date. Sissel loved that place, so he thought it would be perfect to propose to her there. Theyâve been dating for four years now, so the programmer thought it was already time to ask for her hand so they could start living their lives together. Heâd bought the ring a month ago and had been rehearsing his lines countless times in front of the mirror and now he was finally feeling ready. Â
âYommy, whatâs wrong? Youâve been staring at the menu for 30 minutes and we havenât even ordered anything!â Sissel said with a soft giggle. Yomiel suddenly snapped out from his thoughts, feeling his face burning a little in embarrasment as he took his gaze away from the menu and back to her.
She was sitting across from him, smiling sweetly like she always did, making him blush even more. Damn, he was already feeling the cold sweat running from his forehead.
âN-Nothing, I was j-just, hmmâŚâ He took a moment to recompose himself. This is it Yomiel, ask her now, you can do it! Itâs now or never!
âSisselâŚ. IâŚâ He began, gulping a little in nervousness. He took off his sunglasses and put them on the table. He wanted her to look into his eyes, to see how serious he was being. Then he took her hand gently in his and caressed it. âWeâve⌠Weâve been together for four years already. It⌠doesnât seem like long, but to me⌠These four years, well⌠they were the best four years of my life.â He said with a warm smile.
âThey were too, for me.â She replied sweetly, caressing his hand back.
He took another deep breath and continued. âSissel, I⌠Iâve never been so happy in my life, believe me. Ever since I met you, when we were two silly kids, from now⌠Youâre the only person who understood me, who stood by my side when times were rough and if it werenât for you, I⌠I donât know, Iâd be lostâŚâ He lowered his eyes for a moment, feeling the taste of tears in his throat, but he wouldnât let this get into a somber mood. Now that he started, he couldnât go back. ââŚSo, if thereâs one thing Iâm certain, and these four years with you have showed me is thatâŚ. Is that⌠Thereâs no other person in this world I want to spend the rest of my life with but you. Thereâs nothing else I want more than to have you by my side, to wake up every morning and youâre the first thing I see, so, Sissel⌠IâŚâ
Ok, this is it, Yomiel, now itâs the time!
He took the small box containing the ring from his pocket, opened it and bent down on one knee, still holding her hand gently in his, his blue eyes staring right through hers.
âSissel⌠Will you marry me?â He finally asked and he could feel his heart thumping somewhere in his throat, ready to jump out from his body at any moment.
Sisselâs eyes were already in tears and she brought her free hand to cover her face as a big smile appeared on her lips and a small tear escaped from her eyes. She giggled happily but instead of answering, she just threw herself at Yomiel, her arms wrapping around his neck as she pressed her lips agains his almost desperately.
âYES! YES! YES! A THOUSAND TIMES YES!!!â She replied enthusiastically, kissing his face several times. âOh, Yommy! This is so sweet! I love you! I love you so much!â
Yomiel felt like he was in a dream. She said yes!!! He was gonna marry Sissel! The love of his life, his childhood friend, the woman he loved more than anything in the world, was gonna marry him! He finally felt complete and there was a nice feeling in his chest. He would finally have the chance to build a family with her and be happy for real.
âI love you too, SissyâŚ. So muchâŚâ He whispered as tears were flooding his face and kissed Sissel one more time, holding her close in his arms.
Happy Ghost Swap @ultimateitako !!!Â
This is for @fyeahghosttrick this yearâs Ghost Swap! Tried to make it slightly look like a game scene, even using a bubble speech from the game for Yomiel, so I hope you like it! :D We need more Fiansissel x Yomiel content on this fandom and Iâm glad to contribute to it ^^

So this is a continuation of my version of a Western Trick AU
Yomiel
Yomiel was a simple man with an eccentric style. He is a mysterious guy who came from a troubled family. He is incredibly intelligent and his talents led him to become an acclaimed Civil Engineer. He moved to California seeking to buy a land to live with his future wife, Sissel, whom he recently engaged.
He was hired by the government to assist in the construction of a big railroad project, but with the many train robberies in the region, he was soon suspected of being an accomplice of some outlaw gangs by giving important imformation to assist in their assaults and was brought in for questioning.
Driven to panic by Sheriff Cabanela, he escaped the interrogation room with fear of being condenmed and sent to the gallows, but he was pursued by Deputy Jowd. He grabbed a little girl hostage as a way to force the Deputy to let him escape, but a meteorite fell from the sky, pierced his heart and he died on the spot. Or at least, thatâs what everyone thought.
The Manipulator
After being struck by the meteorite that day and thought to be dead, Yomiel was ârebornâ as The Manipulator, a dangerous outlaw seeking revenge over his death and the death of his beloved fiancee, Sissel, who hanged herself after learning of his supposed death. His spirit inhabited the body of a wild black mustang that was on the scene of his death. He adopted the wild black mustang and named him Sissel in her memory.
He only rides at night and uses his powers of manipulation to control people and use them to commit numerous crimes. No one knows his true face.
Sissel (Mustang)
A wild stallion that was present at the scene of Yomielâs death. Yomielâs spirit inhabited him until he recovered his memories and his body from the local cemetery. The man ended up adopting him.
A refined lady that was adopted into a rich family. Both her and Yomiel were orphans and met at an orphanage, were they developed a great friendship. They were eventually adopted by different families, Sissel was adopted into a rich family while Yomiel was adopted into a rather complicated one. But fate united them again when they were young adults and a love between them soom flourished. Yomiel became an acclaimed Civil Engineer and they both moved to California so Yomiel could buy a land for them to start a family together⌠but tragedy struck them and when she was informed of Yomielâs death, she couldnât bear it and hanged herself to join him in the afterlife.
