(I Know) I'm Losing You by The Temptations debuted Nov 66 and peaked at number eight, but it only charted for ten weeks.
Motown's white rock group, Rare Earth, had their second hit, both covering The Temptations. Their 1970 remake of I'm Losing You peaked at number seven and was the number 67 biggest hit of the year.

It's called Temptations. The collection consists of 11 poems π©· I've shared two of them on tumblr already, but this collection is their home. I really hope you like itβ¦
Amidst desire, lonesomeness, and boredom, I dressed up (and wrote down) the mess residing in my mind, and called it Temptations. The pop songs non-stop playing in my head hold hands with hints of self-destruction.

Just a test shot for the temptations ship to show their height difference, but somehow this turned into some kind of hospitality AU work romance vibe, I dunno how.
(All test shots are taken at the lowest resolution because it's too troublesome to keep manually switching my game's graphic settings in between Frontline queues.)

Get Ready by The Temptations debuted Feb 66 and peaked at number 29.
This was the last Smokey Robinson song recorded by the group. Since it was not a big hit, Berry Gordy gave The Temptations' productions to Norman Whitfield who produced all their hits from Ain't Too Proud to Beg in 1967 to Papa Was a Rolling Stone in 1971.
Rare Earth's remake on Motown's white rock label Rare Earth, peaked at number four and was the number 11 biggest hit of 1970.
malcatras was very good, the world was very very cool & well-made, the characters were well-written.... i suppose my gripe is just that it leaves me wanting so much more. the final confrontation feels like such an act one climax but everything after it is basically epilogue. there is so much further the whole child kidnapping resistance plot couldve gone, esp with drama to be milked between liliana and imogen, theres so much *more* psychological destruction liliana couldve had in a longer story, i mean theres even little stuff like how lilianas arc of training new maids would be a good opportunity to worldbuild how the casts abilities are discovered/developed and also tie liliana further into the plot... we never even got a liliana/malcatras kiss. i wanna see liliana, 150k words and 2 ego deaths in, stealing that kiss from malcatras as the estate burns around them. the vn is 60k words which is the longest of any of nadia novas vns, and its at the very end of those 60k where i start feeling really attached to the world and characters. i mean like teenage hyperfixation level attached, something i havent felt for any work in a while. i just want more!!!!
