bought two "best of" compilation cds only to realize the versions of some of my favorite songs included aren't the same as the originals and therefore don't hit as hard
#why must this happen to meeeeee. it's like listening to old vs. new the kids are obese all over again...#the “new” versions aren't bad just underwhelming and I need time for them to maybe warm up on me a bit#oh well I can always just burn the “original” versions onto blank cds if needed#anyway I scored today and got “the best of the gipsy kings” and “best o' boingo” with “homework” (by daft punk)#temporary post
