Hanzo huffs.
It is rare that he exudes such a powerful aura of pure annoyance, unaccompanied by hostility or frustration. However, this is a feeling he often feels when faced with this sort of behavior. It was expected, yet Hanzo is never happy about it. Far from it. Being ignored was one of the most aggravating things in the world and Hanzo would not stand for it.
Reaching out, the archer swipes a broad palm down on the Jump issue Gintoki so flawlessly pours his attention onto in order to avoid what Hanzo is telling him. The magazine hits the ground with a definitive slap, dust flying up around the pages. Hanzo cared not if it got dirty.

Tacchino farcito con castagne -dinde aux marrons -
Ingredienti per 6/8 persone: 1 tacchinella di circa 2,5 kg, 1 kg di castagne, 200 gr di salsiccia, qualche rametto di rosmarino e di timo fresco, 1 bicchierino di Cognac, 60 gr di burro, 1 bicchiere di vino bianco, 2 dl di brodo di carne, sale, pepe.
- FATE COSI >Lavate le castagne e praticate un taglio sul lato bombata. Tuffatele in acqua bollente per 10 minuti e spegnete la fiamma. Estraete poche castagne per volta e sbucciatele, avendo cura di eliminare anche la pellicina che li ricopre. E necessario sbucciarle mentre sono ancora calde. Se fate fatica a togliere la pellicina, rituffate le castagne per qualche secondo in acqua bollente.Salate e pepate l'interno e l'esterno della tacchinella. Mescolate 2/3 delle castagne con la salsiccia spellata, salate e pepate e farcite con questo miscuglio l'interno della tacchinella. Cucite l'apertura per evitare la fuoriuscita del ripieno durante la cottura. Sistemate la tacchinella in una pirofila unta con metà del burro e distribuite il burro rimasto a fiocchetti sul volatile. Distribuite gli aromi nella pirofila e cuocete nel forno già caldo a 200° per 2 ore e 1/4 circa. Dopo 1 ora, versate il vino nella teglia e abbassate leggermente la temperatura.Prelevate il fondo di cottura dalla pirofila e versatelo in un pentolino dopo aver scartato gli aromi. Mettete le castagne avanzate nel pentolino e cuocete a fuoco basso, coperto, per 1/4 d'ora. Alla fine, versate il Cognac e fate fiammare. Servite la tacchinella con le castagne e la salsina. +++++++++++++++++++++++ 2 RECIPES ++++++ Ternera a la naranja -
Ingredientes para 4 personas: 8 escalopines finos de tenera - 1 cebolla2 zanahorias -1 puerro3 dl. de zumo de naranja -1 chorrito de Grand Marnier3 dl. de caldo de carne - 100 gr. de mantequilla2 chalotas -1 naranja -Sal

( Elaboración )En una cacerola, con la mitad de la mantequilla, rehogar la cebolla, la zanahoria y el puerro, todo bien picadito.Una vez que cojan color, añadir el Grand Marnier, dejar evaporar el alcohol y agregar el zumo de naranja.Dejar reducir un poco e incorporar el caldo de carne. Dejar cocer unos minutos. A continuación, triturar bien y pasar por el chino.En una sartén, con el resto de la mantequilla y la chalota picada fina, rehogar los escalopines.Cuando estén en el punto deseado, salar y poner en los platos.Napar con la salsa reservada y decorar el plato con unos gajos de naranja y ralladura muy fina de naranja.
