I feel like I'm gonna slowly leave the telltown Fandom. Not like I will not post about Elim and lana and not being interested in lemonly's, fluffpillows, etc posts about it, but more like in i will stay quieter and move on to my other interests on this account.

I'm not saying that "OuH tHeY'rE tAkInG TOO longgg!" No no, in fact it's completely understandable why it takes so long. And in general both of the creators of Telltown of course need a break too. They can't always react to people's fanarts, questions and etc about it.

Hopefully i won't sound mean or disrespectful (please tell me if I am, I really don't wanna be) but to those fans who are impatient, put yourself in their shoes. Private problems + education/ work + wanting to have freedom + corrupt laws we gotta live in + having to hear people complain or being worried people get angry/impatient or annoyed about something you can barely keep up with.

I'm not trying to embarrass, shame or tell people to shut. No no! I just wanna say that we all can't keep up with the stuff we used to like, still like or are obsessed about. New things come and go. And that's completely normal.

In fazit, I still like telltown but I will move on.

Grant is pretty fast like real Dilophosaurs, and he can also spit venom, but he won't do it because even in a dangerous situation, he tries to avoid fights. His parents did the opposite and were like real predators when necessary, but Grant was only interested in books, even though they were hard to get

I wanted to make a second version where his hair is more neat, but my hands said no

After Oliver was basically kidnapped, he arrived at the grasshopper’s property/home and Phantasmo tied his arms behind his back and took in on his discomfort:

“Alright kid~ i am still thinking how to… properly~ teach you myself on how to behave and be a good little ant~… any questions~?”

“Yes, you are a jer- OW! h-hey! That hurt!”

“I think we can get started with very simple ones to get through your thick skull~ rule number one: you speak ONLY when I tell you to~”

“But you asked me if i- cut this bullshit! You’re hurting me! Ow…”

“Ha! You see, that was a trick question~ you were- no, you are supposed to say: yes, Phantasmo~ whatever you say, goes~… also you were just insulting me again so, really, that wasn’t a question but rather an *fakes being sad and wiping away a nonexistent tear* insult.”

“But that’s because you’re one and, technically speaking, if i said “yes”… wouldn’t i be saying “yes i have questions?” Not only you’re a jerk but also dumb.”

Phantasmo’s eye twitches and he grab Oliver’s hair again angrily but keeping a smile on his face:

“See? That’s why you are here: you’re a “smart mouth” guy “although, looking very like a female, not gonna lie.” And just insists taking a fight with a dog bigger than you… also… this is going to be between us AND US ALONE… two: your ideas are dangerously a threat to our way of life, i know i promised princess Lana that i would bring you back safely… but, but, but, but, but~ if you keep on testing me… well, let’s just say that i hope you enjoy being here~… here’s rule number two: whatever i say, goes~ Any. Questions~?”

Phantasmo smiles wickedly at the smaller lad and Oliver, who still was hurt by the things he said, tried to give him a defiant look but probably still looked a little bit scared:

“You’re afraid that we can outnumber you… don’t you? ACK! My hair! S-stop!”

Phantasmo kept a tight grip on Oliver’s scalp and approached his face and breathed on his glasses angrily but a malicious idea was starting to form on his head:

Guys… I’m am not going to shut up about this for at least (probably, won’t promise anything, lmao) 3 or more years!!

Telling the tale short: i suffered a car accident and almost died and broke my right arm… so i went to watch a bug’s life again for the hundred time and now i can’t stop thinking about scenarios and stuff with Oliver and Phantasmo!

(I did the drawing before the car accident but today (with my left hand (kind hard not gonna lie to y’all, you can even see where i just used the bucket tool, lol)) i painted it digitally)

This drawing was supposed to be a special piece for Halloween buuuut… yeah… stuff happened… yay…

But now i am feeling so much better emotionally with my hyperfixiation! (Thanks Jesus for making me autistic)

So i am going to make a lot of posts fusing both a bug’s life and Telltown together! Hope you guys like it!

Phantasmo would be obviously Hopper and Oliver would be Flik (and perhaps i might even use for real my Ao3 account for the longer fics ;3), here are some one-shots/headcanons for these two:

Ollie was from a different colony and stayed at the current one because some human teenagers destroyed his home using water guns inside the ant colony :(

He meekly asked if he could stay to the princess (which btw, it is going to be Lana if @malin5520 is alright with it, if not let me know! :3) if he could stay and she reluctantly agreed as long as he helped the others to get food for the colony and the grasshoppers. This made Oliver feel intrigued but he agreed and eagerly started showing his inventions to her that he was certain that could help them!

Ollie is intersex but no one knows it other than Morgel (which is a crow-crow and not an humanoid crow creature) and Charlie who he became friend’s with! (Charlie is a bee because i think it suits her :3) he uses he/him pronouns only to not let anyone become suspicious of his femininity.

Ollie is very hypersensitive both emotionally and physically: which means he let’s no one touch him (gently of course, he tries to be as nice as possible about it) and talk down to him, otherwise he either is going to cry or become very aggressive (the latter being only with foes and he knows he doesn’t do much damage anyway but he will throw hands if you don’t respect his boundaries 😤).

When one of his inventions goes wrong and made all the portion of food for the grasshoppers go down the river by accident, he immediately tries to hide from embarrassment and the judging stares, Lana freaks out but tries to find Oliver and calmly (although a little bit difficult) explains why it was so important to keep a good portion of food for the grasshoppers, but, as she was explaining this, both of them heard screams and quickly went to the colony to see what was happening: apparently the grasshoppers were paying a visit a little bit earlier this year and this made Lana even more anxious and desperate, Oliver knew it was something bad but he also couldn’t quite understand what is the big deal… until he sees Phantasmo, a very tall and big grasshopper who looked like he doesn’t fool around.

Phantasmo grins evilly at Lana and asks her where was their end of the bargain, she quickly tries to explain herself and that it was one of Oliver’s invention’s fault until Phantasmo shushes her and places a finger on her lips and a hand over her head to make her sit down so he could explain one. Simple. Thing: “rule number one of leadership: everything is YOUR fault”.

Oliver feels uncomfortable by how much of a jerk this “Phantasmo” is! He quickly tries to stand up to Lana but Phantasmo gives him one lazy (and condescending) glance over his shoulder and asks him why he wasn’t like the other ants: just pick the food, inventions are a waste of time and useless. This makes Oliver angry and starts talking back at Phantasmo: “why YOU guys even bother us to get food for you?? And my inventions are NOT useless and much less a waste of time! >:(“

Oh, this makes Phantasmo even more angrier but he quickly tries to cool down and play it cool: “it seems to me you are a threat to your own people by being childish, foolish, lazy and selfish~”

Oliver tries to hold back tears and continue to talk back at the grasshopper: “at least i am not a tyrant!! And i am not any of those things you just said! YOU are a-!” Oliver is immediately cut off by Phantasmo pulling his hair and forcing him to look at him in the eyes: “listen, kid, i am going to explain how things work here ‘round these parts, there ain’t no “hakuna-matata”, there ain’t no easy way, only mother’s nature rule of survival: the sun gives vitamins for the plants and makes them grow, YOU, puny and pitiful ants get the food for us, we eat the food and then, we leave you guys alone~ and oh~ there’s the bonus that WE, grasshoppers, are so generous that WE protect you from other bugs who can take advantage of you~ so really… who’s right here now~?”

Oliver gives Phantasmo a very sour face and was about to say a piece of his mind again until he saw Lana shaking her head, signaling him to stop talking. Oliver blushes and starts sobbing, this puts a smile on Phantasmo’s face and he suggests that he and his gang take Oliver with them to teach him to be a “better worker ant” and to finally stop with his foolish inventions… Lana look worried at the small ant but (reluctantly) agreed with Phantasmo’s decision… Oliver then felt betrayed… Phantasmo grabbed Oliver by his waist and hips and started flying off after “forgiving” the ants mishap and letting it slide this year… but him (being a huge ass dick) said that they would need to double their food income for next year.

For now that’s it, don’t worry, I’ll make a ton of posts about this (be ready to unfollow me because this… AU…? Yeah, this AU is all i’ll be posting now! >:3)
