I gotta see Jin x Gamer reader headcanons from you pleasee
I hope you like it, and I'm sorry for the delay. I know it's a little short, but I still hope you enjoy it.
Jin doesn't understand your hobby—in fact, he thinks it's a waste of time. Or at least that's what he thought at first, until he saw that it can relieve your stress and anxiety; now, he's starting to appreciate your hobby.
If you invite him to play, he’ll get competitive—he might spend hours thinking about how to beat you or how to improve his strategy, depending on the game.
Later on, when you walk into your room, you’ll see Jin trying to turn on the console or hold the controller (he’s clumsy at it, even if he won’t admit it).
He’ll learn to tell which game you’re playing just by the characters’ voices; if you reach the final boss, he knows it’s time to give you some peace and not interfere.
If you often participate in tournaments, he takes things seriously—as if it were the Iron Fist Tournament itself—and will keep noise at bay, making sure no one bothers you while you’re focused.
He usually listens to the soundtracks of your favorite games while he’s training; he says they have a different kind of fresh, motivating energy.
When the nightmares from his past catch up with him, he wakes you up and asks you to play something relaxing with him. You never ask questions; you just wait until he’s ready to talk.
