Trent’s going off about the idiocy of another manager, and Ted’s leaning on the kitchen counter with his chin resting on his hand, completely endeared.
Ted’s whistling something from Hello, Dolly! as he’s washing dishes, not even realizing he’s doing it, and Trent starts humming along with a grin.
Trent’s doing the frustrated writer thing where he’s got his hair up, one sock on, lying down on the floor with his feet in a chair, eating random crackers from the pantry, and Ted’s pulling out his phone to add it to his album specifically dedicated to cute Trent moments.
They both think the other is so funny and strange and amazing.

Trent was a journalist who became known as one of the most ruthless, most hard hitting sports reporters in England while also going through a divorce, a gay crisis and a daughter's Terrible Twos. He absolutely knows how to keep his cool if someone provokes his emotions. Any of his emotions.
So while Ted "Folks have underestimated me my whole life so now I can read people like books" Lasso absolutely knows what he's doing when he rolls his sleeves up and leans on the desk while Trent is talking, just seeing how steady those journalistic instincts are, Trent "Engagement bait is a key aspect of my career and life" Crimm matches him to perfection, tying his hair in a messy bun and unbuttoning the top of his shirt on hot days, or else taking his glasses off just so he can tap one corner thoughtfully against his bottom lip.
Roy is very sick of it. Beard thinks it's disappointingly tame compared to what he's used to. The team is so fucking confused.
