Delicious vegan chocolate chip cookies with the added crunch of crushed Teddy Grahams. Perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth!
Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/4 cup vegan butter, softened. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1/4 cup granulated sugar. 2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips. 1/2 cup vegan Teddy Grahams, crushed.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 350F 175C and put parchment paper on a baking sheet. Mix the flour, baking soda, and salt together in a small bowl with a whisk. To make the vegan butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar light and fluffy, mix them together in a separate, bigger bowl. The applesauce and vanilla extract should be mixed in well. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ones one at a time and mix them together until a dough forms. Add the vegan chocolate chips and crushed Teddy Grahams and mix them in. Place tablespoon-sized balls of dough on the baking sheet that has been prepared, leaving space between each cookie. When the edges are golden brown, it's done baking. After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to cool all the way down.
