Writing this because Aurora GENUINELY NEEDS a hug AND I NEED TO GIVE THE MECHANICAL SHARK FAMILY COMFORT!!

Aurora awoken to a strange sound in the living room. She walks down the stairs, still in her pajamas. She yawns. The clock read 3:20 am, meaning it was still dark outside.
âHello? Is anybody here??â Aurora asked, rubbing her eyes. She couldnât see anything, and her rays arenât working correctly. Some shuffling could be heard from the couch. Aurora, being the small little child she is, immediately gets scared of the sound. She runs to the light switch, flipping it on.
âAHH! Dear, you couldâve warned me first before turning on the lights! My fragile eyes!!â
That voiceâŚit was Ruinâs. Aurora thought she was hallucinating again, till she heard the voice again.
âHehâŚnot exactly how I wanted to come back, but still.â
Aurora turns around. It actually was Ruin. He was a little scuffed up, but okay nonetheless.Â
âHello Aurora. Itâs nice to see you againâŚâRuin responded, smiling weakly.Â
Aurora paused, just standing still.
Ruin sighs. âI know this isnât the BEST way to say hi againâŚconsidering itâs late, but-â
Before Ruin could even finish his sentence, Aurora ran up to him and immediately hugged his leg.Â
âP-PAPA!! YOUâRE BACK!! P-papaâŚâ Aurora cried into his leg, shaking. Ruin pauses. He smiles and kneels down to Auroraâs level.
âYesâŚIâm here, dearâŚIâm hereâŚâ Ruin ends up pausing once more, realizing he can still she the wound on Auroraâs faceplate. The wound Rusty causedâŚ
How Ruin couldnât stop himâŚ
How it took SO LONG to finally be able to see his family againâŚ
âPapa? Papa??â Ruin snapped out of it once he heard Aurora.
âIâm sorry sweetheart, just a habitâŚâ Ruin hugs Aurora, keeping her in a tight embrace. Tear were running down both of their faces.
Both Solar and Jack awoke after all the noise. Theyâre both heavy sleepers, so it took them a while to finally wake up.
Solar sighs. âAurora, why are awake at this-â Solar pauses. âRUIN?!?â
âMAMA RUIN!!â Jack immediately yelled, running over to hug him. He did almost knock them both down, but he didnât, luckily.
âHehâŚglad to see you too, pumpkinâŚâ
Solar was just dumbfounded. âButâŚhow-Eclipse and Ballora said you were taken!! Iâve been trying to find you and-â
âDarling.â Ruin interrupted. âJustâŚcome over here.â
Solar was already close to crying at this point as well, so he joined the little group hug.
They were basically like this for a while, till they did eventually fell asleep right there in the living room. It was honestly sweet. At last, they were whole againâŚ
