I hate these differentiated learning objectives. It encourages students to only attain the minimum and sometimes takes longer to think of each level of objective as a teacher. A student who reaches the top level of objective doesn't automatically understand the first two and I plan my lessons on the basis that students take what they want from it, I'll stress the important stuff and ensure all understand before progressing. Students should understand how they're assessed not the objectives for the lesson. I absolutely hated that I had to use these on my PGCE year and I've just been reminded of them by a resource I've downloaded.
