dear techeetah boys,

Attention Rowmi Shippers:
Ollie wants your fanboost. He went to the effort of a little video made in his hotel room, talking to the camera. This is growth for him. Talking to a camera is hard; the vulnerability of putting yourself out there and risking rejection is hard. Reward his vulnerability with a fanboost?
You get a 15% off voucher to the FE online store for voting, meaning that you can get 15% off any merch, including a Techeetah Willow plushie (that donates a bit of money to the Big Cat Sanctuary) or a Gen2 Jag LEGO set (complete with a LEGO Mitchy that is approximately life-sized, despite our Mitch being the tallest Evans). You have to use it before 25th March, 2021, which is enough time to save up eight pounds fifty for a cheetah plushie
FELIX DA COSTA ON FIRE
158 days after the last ABB FIA Formula E action, the electric cars finally whirred back into life around the Berlin Tempelhof Airport for the first qualifying of a six part Berlin ePrix finale.
Antonio Felix Da Costa stormed his way round to beat his reigning champion team mate Jean-Eric Vergne by an incredible three tenths of a second.
Behind the Techeetah’s on the front row will be the Porsche of Andre Lotterer and the Nissan of Sebastien Buemi. Whilst the rest of the Super Pole places were taken up by Nyck De Vries in the Mercedes and Jerome D’Ambrosio.
The real surprises from the sessions were both BMWs and Virgin cars missing out on Super Pole - despite Robin Frijns running in the penultimate group once the track had more grip on it.
This leaves Bird in P7 with Frijns P11, whilst the BMWs had a shocker leaving their drivers down in P13 and P17 - with a lot of work to do later this afternoon in the race.
Former champion Lucas Di Grassi also had a howler, running in group one and ending the session all the way down in P21, meaning he will have to come through the field again if he wants a good result in the race.
THE NEW BOYS:
Alex Lynn, whilst admittedly isn’t a new boy to the series, is new at Mahindra, having replaced Pascal Wehrlein who walked away from the team, was best of the new-ish boys, his efforts good enough for P12.
The best rookie was Rene Rast for Audi, who transferred across to replace Daniel Abt after he was dropped following the sim racing controversy, he qualified P14.
The aforementioned Abt has sought refuge as backmarkers NIO, however he struggled and was outqualified by his team mate Oliver Turvey, his effort landed him behind his former team mate Di Grassi down in P22.
Behind them, the other rookie, Sergio Sette Camara, who is stepping in for Brendon Hartley at Dragon, made a couple of errors on his lap which means he finished the session down in P23.
QUALIFYING RESULT:
DA COSTA (+3 CHAMPIONSHIP POINTS) VERGNE LOTTERER BUEMI DE VRIES D’AMBROSIO
BIRD ROWLAND (20 PLACE GRID PENALTY) EVANS MASSA
FRIJNS LYNN GUNTHER RAST MORTARA VANDOORNE SIMS JANI TURVEY MULLER
DI GRASSI ABT SETTE CAMARA CALADO (60 PLACE GRID PENALTY)
