I blame this post for inspiration

I once have fun theory that have been stuck in my mind about one particular show I enjoy: Victor and Valentino!

‼️ (FYI: this theory is popped out from my head before season three came out) ‼️

If my explanation is wrong please correct me! ‼️

So even before season 3 came out, some theories Vic and Val’s grandma (Chata) is Chalchiuhtlicue—goddess of rivers and waters, and their grandpa (Rafael) is Tlaloc—god of rain and thunder

When I watch about the tale pf the fifth sun—a particular god caught my eyes—Tecciztecalt, y’know—the guy who want to become the sun but turns to moon instead? Yeah that guy

I love to learn about lunar deities in every mythology, so I search him to know him better, it turns out Tecciztecalt is the son of Tlaloc and Chalchiuhtlicue

THEN in that moment I think “wait, isn’t that mean Vic and Val’s dad is (Tec)ciztecal?

That theory is been stuck in my head for long time so I make this drawing of how I think about Vic and Val’s dad

I KNOW we don’t know him much, but I assume he’s a workaholic divorce dad who neglecting both his sons and their mothers, maybe work as HR in some company AND also god of moon at the same time

Oh, and I also added like rabbit mark on the right side of his face in both form (if u know, u know what I mean)

But it turns out my theory is flopped since season 3 came out, turns out Coyolxāuhqui is the lunar deity, and I found out there’s like two version(?) of the tale about creation of the fifth sun

So what Vic and Val’s dad supposed to be? Idk

1. Tezcatlipoca down fall as the the first sun, mixed with Quetzalcoatl angst and scheming (xipe totec is watching from the side disappointed)

2. Quetzalcoatltal down fall as the second sun, mixed with tezcatlipoca angst and scheming ( xipe totec is watching from the side disappointed)

3. Tonatiuh and Tecciztecatl coming back down to earth, Tecciztecatl reconnects with his mother and siblings, but has a panic attack when he sees his dad because he internalized what he said at his sacrifice fire thing and can't get over it. Yes, he runs away like a coward

4. Xipe totec finally snaps and just fucking losses it on his brother for their bullshit, then gets angry and depressed at himself for getting in a fight with them, runs away, meet Xochipilli and he calms him down starting their beautiful weird platonic romantic non sexual relationship. (I have many thoughts on them)

5. Xipe totec evading becoming the sun like he's dodging the draft

6. Tezcatlipoca turning into a woman and being gay

7. Tezcatlipoca being gay with one of his impersonator/sacrifices (yes he switches from being a man to a woman and back again)
