Not sure if this is meant to be an In-Character ask so, Charredpaw's sunning days are usually spent with Greypaw too! When Ravenpaw is free, he also likes to enjoy the Sunningrocks, but only when together with his friends :]
Outside the apprentices, Dappletail and surprisingly, Tigerclaw also frequents the place
Though, it's really funny seeing Tigerclaw "relaxing" there, since he tends to less nap and more, roll around in contentment.
Teaselfoot thinks he's purposely showing his belly fluff to irk any passing Riverclanner.

Who were Mousefur and Teaselfoot's parents?

if bluestar had been in her right mind, who do you think couldve made a better mentor for brackenfur? is there anybody who couldve really pulled out his abilities?
She would have asked Teaselfoot to be his mentor, I'm sure. They're both cheerful and have energy to burn, so if for nothing else, they would've gotten along very well, and Brackenfur would have greatly valued Teaselfoot's company.
Now that the allegiances are officially out, I can say- I actually was predicting Teaselfoot to be assigned as Bramble's mentor. I mean, Teaselfoot is a goofball, enough to help the relatively shy Bramblepaw to start opening up- maybe even have some of that friendly cheer rub off on Bramblepaw. Honestly, was a bit surprised that serious Dustpelt took Bramblepaw instead. That said, Tawnypaw ("my brother is badass for roasting Darkstripe") being mentored by Sandstorm feels... ideal for both.
If Dustpelt hadn't directly asked to mentor Bramblepaw, I think Firestar would have asked Teaselfoot for the exact reasons you said. Teaselfoot can be a bit much for a shy cat, with how extroverted he is, but it's possible he would've done well with Bramblepaw. Either him or Firestar himself were candidates.
