If my memories serves me right, Jake was a make-a-wish kid due to him being diagnosed with stage four cancer. He was about 9-years-old when he died (which was somewhere 8 months ago) and continues to be as of currently since he mentioned it recently in this ep

(I actually dont know his bday... Did he ever celebrate it before or after he died? Did he even get to celebrate it)

Puppet said (in this ep) that Jake has had a brain tumor since he was 6-years-old and died at 9 aka his age now. (At least, book-wise, he had.)

So imagine just being in Jake's shoes.

Your mom is dead when youre about 5-years-old, then you get diagnosed with a life changing disease a while after your 6th bday, and then you finally cant feel the pain anymore when youre 9-years-old. No wonder Jake likes—maybe even loves—the idea of school since he wasnt given a normal childhood; he wasnt like the others kids. No, he was severely sick. (perhaps he envies how Andy, Andrew, and Charlie at least got some education? Does FC count in this section)

So no, Jake isnt the "golden child" (albeit he does give off the energy of being so, maybe even the "favorite child"—dont tell Andrew and Andy I said that...). Hes the child who is trying to be a kid again—to experience what he never got to; to stop being so strong and finally catch his breath, something that even felt like a chore.

So every single goddamn time Jake is mentioned to like school and/or doing homework, my heartstrings are VIOLENTLY pulled at.

In case it wasn't obvious, Jake has a space/star motif

The cape/cloak is meant to mimic the comet/shooting star trail (also, he just felt weird without a cloak after wearing one for so long).

He doesn't have bells on his wrist; instead, they're on the tips of his cape/cloak.

I know in FNAF:SB, the theater is called "Fazbear Theater", but since they don't HAVE Fazbear in that world, it was rebranded to "Superstar Theater"!

Side Notes:

I think it would be really cute/sweet if (when asked) what Jake wanted his new body to look like, he would go "like you" to Eclipse.

So, he ended up becoming a comet/star.

The lighter colors reference the Newton star that we see in some of the thumbnails, but the blue mainly comes from space AND Jake's beanie from when he was alive.

Instead of the classic swirls that most of the celestial family has, Jake has stars scattered along the "dark side" of his body!

He (unintentionally) looks a little like Lunar when they FIRST got their own body, not fully intentional but I like to think that Eclipse sees a bit of HIS Lunar in Jake. Innocent, curious... and trusting...

I also imagine that while the Pizzaplex is open, he's only called "Comet", but once it's closed, he's called "Jake".

He has pockets on his pants (like the others); they just can't be seen ^^"
