Let's talk NSVs!
Round 5 Day 8 and I have a Non Scale victory! My bra is falling off..I have to tighten it to the next set of hooks/closures! Woohoo! So day 8 and I'm still tired, but I have 3 kids, 2 of whom are sick at the moment, so I'm sure that's contributing. Otherwise I'm feeling good. Headaches are gone, not feeling too bloaty today but this round I seem to get each new "symptom" a day or two behind the calendar. I'm the only one in my household doing the w30 (as always) so there are quite a few temptations around here. Soda is/was a HUGE addiction of mine and I have 2- 2 liter bottles on my table ugh. I'll be ok though! I've come a long way. Only 22 days to go! I've never been so excited and ready for a w30 as I've been for this one. I'm pretty proud of myself. I also took a break from working out the past few days bc I was nauseous on D4 (hangover hit me late and BAD!) and then D5-D7 I was just tired as heck. But I'm getting back on that today. πͺπ»ππ»ππ»ππ»

Walking cardio, weightless arm workouts, and core and back strengthening.
Haven't been working out
This whole year I've slowly lost weight with diet changes alone. I keep telling myself "I need to workout" but I haven't done it. It's always that first step of actually getting up and doing it that's the problem for me. Once I do, I usually do great for a while. Though I noticed I'm the type that if I stop, it's hard to get back into it again. And it's not just with working out but with a lot of things in my life. Consistency is key here and I need to learn to be consistent.
Tomorrow we are going to the waterfront and doing some walking. I want to use this as the first step to working out again. It's May and I have been coasting with my weight loss. It's time to start putting in some real work.
